Berry Rhubarb Crumble Recipe

Filling
- 3 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Crumble Topping
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine rhubarb, berries, sugar, and cornstarch. Pour into a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
