Main Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
- ½ cup yogurt optional
- ½ banana optional
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend until smooth.
