Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package pie crusts 2 crusts
  • 1 egg beaten, for egg wash

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
  3. Roll out pie crusts and cut into 4-inch circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of berry mixture in the center of each circle.
  5. Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and crimp edges with a fork.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
