Main Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package pie crusts 2 crusts
- 1 egg beaten, for egg wash
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix berries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
Roll out pie crusts and cut into 4-inch circles.
Place a spoonful of berry mixture in the center of each circle.
Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and crimp edges with a fork.
Brush with beaten egg.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
