  • 4 scoops Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup Espresso, freshly brewed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. Brew a cup of espresso and let it cool slightly.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the berries with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. 3. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each serving bowl.
