Ingredients 

Filling

  • 4 cups Mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch

Topping

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Rolled oats
  • ½ cup Brown sugar packed
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter cold, cut into small pieces
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the berries, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the berry mixture.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
  5. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
