Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted butter
- 0.25 cup Sugar
Filling
- 16 oz Cream cheese softened
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 cup Mixed berries fresh or frozen
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
Pour the filling into the cooled crust. Top with mixed berries.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool before serving.
