Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mixed berries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 small Beet (cooked and chopped)
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
