Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups water or milk
  • 0.5 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 0.25 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. In a pot, bring water or milk to a boil.
  2. Add oats and a pinch of salt. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in mixed berries and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let sit for a minute.
  5. Top with sliced almonds and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
