Bell Pepper Bruschetta
A delightful appetizer with roasted bell peppers, garlic, and fresh basil on toasted baguette slices.

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Bell Peppers (any color) diced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 cup Fresh Basil chopped
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
In a mixing bowl, combine diced bell peppers, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top each toasted baguette slice with the bell pepper mixture. Serve immediately.
