Main Ingredients
- 1 medium beetroot, cooked and peeled
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed 15 oz
- 2 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Blend beetroot, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, and garlic in a food processor.
Slowly add olive oil while blending until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
