  • 2 medium Apples cored and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and grate the beetroots.
  2. 2. Core and chop the apples.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated beetroots and chopped apples.
  4. 4. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
