Beet Hummus Peppers Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked Beets
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Tahini
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3 large Bell Peppers cut into strips
1. In a food processor, combine the cooked beets, chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
3. Serve the beet hummus with bell pepper strips.
