  • 1 cup beet hummus store-bought or homemade
  • 4 oz goat cheese softened
  • 1 baguette baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs such as dill or parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let them cool.
  4. Spread a generous amount of beet hummus on each crostini.
  5. Top with a dollop of softened goat cheese.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
