Main Ingredients
- 1 cup beet hummus store-bought or homemade
- 4 oz goat cheese softened
- 1 baguette baguette sliced into ½ inch pieces
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs such as dill or parsley, chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush both sides with olive oil.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden and crispy. Let them cool.
Spread a generous amount of beet hummus on each crostini.
Top with a dollop of softened goat cheese.
Garnish with chopped fresh herbs. Serve immediately.
