- 4 medium beets peeled and cut into fry shapes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Peel and cut the beets into fry shapes.
Toss the beet fries in olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Spread the beet fries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
