Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Arugula fresh
- 1 cup Beets cooked and diced
- ¼ cup Goat cheese crumbled
- ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar

- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
In a large mixing bowl, combine the arugula, beets, goat cheese, and walnuts.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
