Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Black Beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Corn canned or fresh
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheese
  • ¼ cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow the instructions on the seasoning packet.
  3. 3. In a bowl, layer cooked rice, seasoned beef, black beans, corn, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  4. 4. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced avocado, and lime wedges.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
