Instructions
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add taco seasoning to the beef and follow the instructions on the seasoning packet.
3. In a bowl, layer cooked rice, seasoned beef, black beans, corn, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
4. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, sliced avocado, and lime wedges.
