Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Sirloin sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 8 oz Egg Noodles cooked according to package instructions
1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Add the beef strips to the skillet. Cook until browned on all sides.
4. Sprinkle the flour over the beef and stir well to combine.
5. Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until the sauce thickens.
6. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the sour cream. Cook until heated through.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the beef stroganoff over cooked egg noodles.
