Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add beef to the wok and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add bell pepper and onion, stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add green onions, stir-fry for another minute. Serve hot.
