  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 8 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned.
  3. 3. Place a tortilla in the skillet, add some beef and cheese, then top with another tortilla.
  4. 4. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  5. 5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling. Serve hot.
