Beef on Weck Recipe
A classic sandwich from Buffalo, New York, featuring roast beef on a kummelweck roll.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Roast beef, thinly sliced
- 4 Kummelweck rolls
- 1 cup Beef au jus
- 1 tablespoon Horseradish
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Warm the roast beef in the beef au jus.
3. Slice the kummelweck rolls in half and toast them in the oven for about 5 minutes.
4. Spread horseradish on the bottom half of each roll.
5. Pile the warm roast beef on top of the horseradish.
6. Top with the other half of the roll and serve with extra au jus for dipping.
