Beef Noodle Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef chuck, cut into cubes
- 8 cups Beef broth
- 2 Carrots, sliced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
- 200 g Egg noodles
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 Green onions, chopped for garnish
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and add carrots. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
Season with black pepper. Garnish with green onions before serving.
