Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef chuck, cut into cubes
  • 8 cups Beef broth
  • 2 Carrots, sliced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 200 g Egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and add carrots. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add egg noodles and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  6. Season with black pepper. Garnish with green onions before serving.
