Kofta Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Wrap Ingredients
- 4 Flatbreads
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- 0.5 cup Cucumber sliced
- 0.5 cup Yogurt for serving
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into 8 portions and shape each into a log around a skewer.
4. Grill the koftas for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
5. Warm the flatbreads on the grill for a minute on each side.
6. Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber on each flatbread. Top with kofta and a dollop of yogurt.
