Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned.
Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, and cumin. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Fill tortillas with beef mixture and roll up. Place in a baking dish.
Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
