Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 8 pieces Tortillas
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until beef is browned.
  3. Stir in tomato sauce, chili powder, and cumin. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill tortillas with beef mixture and roll up. Place in a baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining sauce and cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
