Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, minced
- ¼ cup Green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions.
2. Add the beef slices to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef slices until browned and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
