Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Ground Beef
  • 100 g Kimchi Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Grated
  • 20 pieces Dumpling Wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped kimchi, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a small spoonful of the filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. 3. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges with water.
  4. 4. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and cook the dumplings until golden brown on each side.
  5. 5. Transfer the dumplings to a steamer and steam for 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with dipping sauce of your choice.
