Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (sliced thin) Use flank or sirloin
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (minced)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Return beef to the wok.
  4. 4. Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well until sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
