Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat cut into cubes
  • 1 can kidney beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add the beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato paste, cumin, and paprika. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the beef broth, kidney beans, and black beans. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
  6. 6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot.
