  • 4 pieces Flour Tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese
  • 1 cup Refried Beans
  • 1 tablespoon Butter for cooking

Instructions 

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
  2. Spread refried beans on one side of a tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beans.
  4. Top with another tortilla.
  5. Cook in the skillet until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  7. Cut into wedges and serve warm.
