Ingredients 

Pizza Dough

  • 1 piece Pizza Dough store-bought or homemade

Toppings

  • ½ cup BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Sliced Bell Peppers mixed colors
  • ½ cup Sliced Red Onion
  • ½ cup Corn Kernels canned or fresh
  • ¼ cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place your pizza stone inside to heat up.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Top with sliced bell peppers, red onion, and corn kernels.
  6. Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated pizza stone and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
