- 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 4 Burger Buns
- 1 cup Coleslaw optional
1. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the pork.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
4. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
5. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce.
6. Serve the pulled pork on burger buns with coleslaw if desired.
