Main Ingredients
- 2 cups BBQ pulled pork
- 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
- 8 pieces Flour tortillas 8-inch
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon Butter for greasing the skillet
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese.
Add a layer of BBQ pulled pork and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
Top with more cheese and place another tortilla on top.
Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Cut into wedges and serve hot.
