  • 2 cans Young Jackfruit drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 4 Burger Buns
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 1 Pickles sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the drained and rinsed jackfruit to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. 3. Pour in the BBQ sauce and stir to combine. Cook for another 15-20 minutes, until the jackfruit is tender and has absorbed the sauce.
  4. 4. Toast the burger buns in a separate skillet or toaster.
  5. 5. Assemble the sandwiches by placing the BBQ jackfruit on the bottom half of each bun. Top with sliced onions and pickles, then cover with the top half of the bun.
