Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 slider buns
  • Coleslaw optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  3. Toss cauliflower with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and toss with BBQ sauce.
  6. Return to oven and roast for another 5 minutes.
  7. Serve cauliflower on slider buns with coleslaw if desired.
