Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and brush with BBQ sauce.
  7. Return to the oven and roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and caramelized.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
