- 4 slices Bread Use your favorite type
- 1 cup Mozzarella Fresh, sliced
- 1 cup Tomatoes Sliced
- 0.5 cup Basil Fresh leaves
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil Extra virgin
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Slice the bread, mozzarella, and tomatoes.
2. Layer the mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil leaves on one slice of bread.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
4. Top with the second slice of bread. Serve immediately.
