Ingredients 

Crust

  • 200 g digestive biscuits crushed
  • 100 g butter melted

Filling

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 400g
  • 3 bananas sliced

Topping

  • 300 ml double cream whipped
  • 1 bar chocolate grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, heat the condensed milk until it turns into a thick caramel. Pour over the crust.
  3. 3. Arrange sliced bananas over the caramel layer.
  4. 4. Spread whipped cream over the bananas.
  5. 5. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top. Chill before serving.
