Crust
- 200 g digestive biscuits crushed
- 100 g butter melted
Filling
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 400g
- 3 bananas sliced
Topping
- 300 ml double cream whipped
- 1 bar chocolate grated
1. Crush the digestive biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish to form the crust.
2. In a saucepan, heat the condensed milk until it turns into a thick caramel. Pour over the crust.
3. Arrange sliced bananas over the caramel layer.
4. Spread whipped cream over the bananas.
5. Sprinkle grated chocolate on top. Chill before serving.
