Main Ingredients
- 4 Baguettes
- 1 lb Pork tenderloin thinly sliced
- 1 Cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Pickled carrots and daikon
- ¼ cup Cilantro fresh
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. Marinate the pork with soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and garlic for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the pork until fully cooked.
3. Slice the baguettes and spread mayonnaise on each side.
4. Layer the cooked pork, cucumber slices, pickled carrots and daikon, and cilantro inside the baguettes.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
