Main Ingredients
- 4 cups bread, cubed preferably stale
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the cubed bread, mashed bananas, and chopped walnuts to the mixture. Stir until the bread is well coated.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
