Ingredients 

Pancakes

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Melted butter
  • 2 Bananas (mashed)

Parfait

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Fresh berries
  • ¼ cup Honey

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and mashed bananas.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour batter to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  5. Layer pancakes, Greek yogurt, and fresh berries in a glass or bowl. Drizzle with honey.
