- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 3 Bananas, mashed ripe
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Chopped nuts optional
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the rolled oats and mix until well combined. If using, stir in the chopped nuts.
Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Let cool before cutting into bars.
