Banana Nutella French Toast

- 4 slices Bread preferably thick slices
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Banana sliced
- ¼ cup Nutella
- 1 tablespoon Butter for cooking
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
2. Spread Nutella on one side of each slice of bread. Place banana slices on top of the Nutella on two slices, then cover with the remaining slices to make sandwiches.
3. Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the sandwiches until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Serve warm, optionally with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of maple syrup.
