  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Milk or any milk substitute
  • 1 Banana sliced
  • ¼ cup Chopped nuts walnuts or almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the rolled oats and reduce the heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and stir in the sliced banana and chopped nuts.
  4. 4. Drizzle with honey if desired. Serve warm.
