Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- 1 cup Milk or any milk substitute
- 1 Banana sliced
- ¼ cup Chopped nuts walnuts or almonds
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
1. In a saucepan, bring the milk to a boil.
2. Add the rolled oats and reduce the heat. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the sliced banana and chopped nuts.
4. Drizzle with honey if desired. Serve warm.
