Banana Nut Bread Pudding

Main Ingredients
- 4 cups bread cubes day-old or stale
- 2 bananas ripe, mashed
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup chopped nuts walnuts or pecans
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended.
Add the mashed bananas and bread cubes to the mixture. Stir until the bread is well coated.
Fold in the chopped nuts.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
