Banana Foster Recipe
A classic dessert made with bananas, rum, and ice cream.

Main Ingredients
- 4 bananas sliced lengthwise
- ¼ cup butter unsalted
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup dark rum
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the brown sugar and cinnamon, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
Add the banana slices and cook until they are tender, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove the skillet from heat and carefully add the rum. Return to heat and cook for another minute.
Serve the bananas over vanilla ice cream and spoon the sauce over the top.
