Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Melted butter

Filling

  • 3 packages Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Bananas mashed
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a blender, blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
