  • 4 cups bread, cubed day-old or stale
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the mashed bananas and cubed bread to the mixture. Stir until the bread is well-coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
