  • 1 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Honey optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Pour the balsamic vinegar into a small saucepan.
  2. 2. Add honey if using and stir to combine.
  3. 3. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
  4. 4. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vinegar has reduced by half and has a syrupy consistency.
  5. 5. Remove from heat and let cool. The reduction will thicken as it cools.
  6. 6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
