  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20-25 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
  5. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar and honey.
  6. Drizzle balsamic mixture over roasted Brussels sprouts and toss to coat.
