Ingredients 

Crust

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 3 packages Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Honey

Topping

  • 1 cup Chopped nuts walnuts, pistachios, or a mix
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and honey.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is set.
  5. Cool on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. For topping, mix nuts, honey, and cinnamon. Spread over the cooled cheesecake.
