Main Ingredients
- 1 lb scallops
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place scallops in a baking dish and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes or until scallops are cooked through and topping is golden brown.
