Ingredients

  • 1 lb scallops
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place scallops in a baking dish and top with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until scallops are cooked through and topping is golden brown.
